Sina Home Improvements provides residential and commercial construction, remodeling, and home improvement services. The scope of work, pricing, and project timeline will be outlined in a written estimate or contract prior to beginning any project.
Terms & Conditions - Cancelation
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a project, you must notify us in writing.

Cancellation fees may apply if materials have already been purchased or work has started.

Any changes to the original project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may affect cost and timeline.
Clients are responsible for: -
Providing accurate information about the property and project requirements.

Securing any necessary homeowner association (HOA) approvals, permits (unless otherwise agreed), or access to the property.

Keeping the work area safe and accessible.
Warranty

Sina Home Improvements provides a workmanship warranty as outlined in your service agreement.

We are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, misuse, neglect, or work completed by third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sina Home Improvements is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Payments

Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your project contract.

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Late or missed payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
Quotes

All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of request.

Final pricing may change if additional work, materials, or changes are requested after the original estimate.
