Terms & Conditions - the basics

Sina Home Improvements provides residential and commercial construction, remodeling, and home improvement services. The scope of work, pricing, and project timeline will be outlined in a written estimate or contract prior to beginning any project.

Terms & Conditions - Cancelation

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a project, you must notify us in writing.

  • Cancellation fees may apply if materials have already been purchased or work has started.

  • Any changes to the original project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may affect cost and timeline.

    Clients are responsible for:​

  • Providing accurate information about the property and project requirements.

  • Securing any necessary homeowner association (HOA) approvals, permits (unless otherwise agreed), or access to the property.

  • Keeping the work area safe and accessible.

Warranty

  • Sina Home Improvements provides a workmanship warranty as outlined in your service agreement.

  • We are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, misuse, neglect, or work completed by third parties.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sina Home Improvements is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Payments

  • Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your project contract.

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Late or missed payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

Quotes

  • All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of request.

  • Final pricing may change if additional work, materials, or changes are requested after the original estimate.

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
